CAEA 2024 Conference Registration Information
The conference registration fee includes a 6% processing fee.

Registration for fee-based Artist's Studio workshops must be done when you register for the conference. The option to do this is included in the conference registration form.
Acceptable forms of payment will include credit card and checks*; purchase orders will not be accepted as payment.
*If you pay by check, your payment must be received no later than Monday, November 4, 2024.
Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Conference registrations may be cancelled without penalty until September 15, 2024. Beginning September 16, 2024, there will be a $50 cancellation fee assessed for any registration cancellation. No cancellation refunds will be issued beginning October 15, 2024.
Please note: If a conference registration is cancelled and the registrant has also made a conference hotel reservation, it is the responsibility of the registrant to cancel the hotel reservation through the conference hotel.
