Online registration closed November 1, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.

All mailed-in conference registrations and payment checks must be RECEIVED no later than November 6.

Registrations and checks received in the mail after that date will be unable to be processed in time for the beginning of the conference, and any registrant with an outstanding balance will need to pay that balance onsite at the beginning of the conference. Purchase orders are not accepted as payment.

Checks should be made payable to CAEA. All international payments must be paid by credit card only.

WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS AS PAYMENT.

When completing the registration form, please be sure to indicate ALL events you plan to attend or for which you plan to purchase tickets. No ticket will be issued for any unmarked event, including food events that are included in the cost of your registration. Tickets to special events and master classes and guest food tickets may be added after you have submitted your original registration on a space-available basis; please email [email protected] if you would like to try to add an event or class or purchase a guest food ticket.

NOTE: To be eligible for the Early-early Bird rate, payment made with checks must be postmarked by July 1, 2018, and credit card payments must be received by July 1, 2018. To be eligible for the Early Bird rate, payment made with checks must be postmarked by October 20, 2018, and credit card payments must be received by October 20, 2018.

Additionally, all mail-in, emailed, and online registrations must be received no later than November 1; after that date, registration will only be available at the conference. Please keep this date in mind if you plan to mail in a registration.

Free master class drawing: conference registrations paid in full by September 15 to qualify for entry into a drawing for a free master class.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your registration on or before October 20, 2018, you be charged a $50 cancellation fee. After October 20, 2018, no cancellation refunds will be issued unless an event is cancelled.
