CAEA ART CAMP
CAEA is now a co-sponsor with the Idyllwild Arts Academy Summer Program. CAEA no longer runs a statewide summer art camp; instead, our local areas may choose to sponsor local summer art camps. For information on area art camps, contact your Area President.
Idyllwild Arts Summer Program Scholarship
CAEA has joined with the Idyllwild Arts Foundation to provide an opportunity for one student from each of the three areas in California to experience this unique summer art program. The cost of the program will be taken care of with a scholarship provided from Idyllwild Arts Foundation for a 2-week class or two 1-week classes. The scholarship will not only cover the costs of the art courses taken, but it will also cover room and board. Each area will cover the cost of lab fees. The student and his/her family will need to pay the $25.00 registration fee and provide the transportation for their child. As a current CAEA member, you may nominate as many students as you wish by copying and completing the form on the next page. The CAEA State Board was thrilled with the success of last year’s program and we look forward to extending the opportunity to three lucky students this year. Winners will be notified by May 1, 2008. For additional information about the program, visit Idyllwild Arts Summer Program .
